What is Contact Improvisation Dance?

It involves two or more people engaging in improvised movement exploration, utilizing touch, weight-sharing, and momentum to co-create unique movement sequences in real-time. Unlike traditional dance forms with set choreography, contact improvisation emphasizes collaboration, trust, and non-verbal communication, making each dance an organic and deeply personal experience.
